Precautions for acrylic application

1. The acrylic plate will soften when heated or heated above 100 ℃, so it should be avoided to use it above

2. The surface hardness of acrylic plate is equivalent to that of aluminum. Therefore, during the process of taking, storing or processing, attention should be paid to the protection of its surface. If there is any scratch on the surface, it can be repaired by polishing

3. The surface of acrylic sheet is easy to adhere to dust due to static electricity. The dust can be easily removed by dipping soft cotton cloth with 1% soap water

4. The thermal expansion coefficient of the acrylic sheet is very large, and its thermal expansion and cold contraction are about nine times of that of the metal. Therefore, in the use of the acrylic sheet, the expansion gap of the reserved sheet must be considered during the processing
